I am located 5 minutes from downtown, where the Hall of Fame, The Ryman, The Johnny Cash museum, and a dozen popular clubs are situated and great music is happening virtually every night. My home is a beautiful craftsman style house in a quiet residential neighborhood just above downtown with a perfect view of the Batman building below. It is a very inspiring setting indeed.
